Since STIHL products are sold through 9000+ authorized local STIHL dealers, not big box stores, it’s imperative that the STIHL shopping experience is more engaging than the competition. Additionally, there is a need to help the authorized local dealers connect with potential customers through locally targeted, dealer-tagged social advertising.
To set STIHL dealers apart from their retail competitors, imre facilitated a two-pronged approach, supporting dealers both nationally and locally. To assist dealers at a national level, imre created and optimized content to find potential new customers and developed an execution strategy to drive audiences to find their local dealer. Additionally, imre supported dealers locally, by creating seasonally-based and product-focused digital content to help these businesses connect with their customers in the area and get them to the point of purchase. Our team heavily segments audiences and the use of multiple placements to help find more customers in more places across social.
