These are the shots with people in them for my first printed portfolio.

Tammy and Shelly have projects of their own in my Commercial Freelance section. The other people are here for for another reason.  All shots were chosen because I thought they would print well compared to the other choices I had in my first portfolios:

Birds, Benches, Flags, Close-ups and Light.

All of these photos already appeared in those projects. They are here as part of my first print project. Thank you for looking!

A perfect photo of Tammy

That's My Friendly Friend
This is a Flag Photo, but it should probably be a "People" photo instead. And look at the lovely bench! That man seems to be fighting a good wind we don't get here. I hope he made it to his destination.
I have photos of Tyler on almost every block of this town. He gets around and always with this smile. He has charisma and confidence.
April in Coronado...

Love the phone and the bracelet.
Annie is a daily sight for me.
The Coronado Library had me entranced with this display. It is life-sized.

Everything makes my happy about this photo:

The odd girl and her painful anatomy
The glowing apple
The obelisk reflection by the books
The flag
The glow on the bell
The flash reflection in the window
The color palate
The teacher thinner than the student, but with bigger legs
My son on a bench. He's well beyond caring if I am taking a picture. He stopped caring at birth.
July 4th 2010 and these boys did not know that we were about to walk the crowded beach slowly for two miles and take pictures throughout. Most of the other thousands of people thought this was a time and place for bathing suits, but we live here so we dress how we want.
December 25 2011 Coronado Beach

December 23rd was the day I got up the courage to leave the house and walk around town and start taking photos as if I was a photographer.  "Terror" is a good word for what happened for the next days as the camera and I went out consistently no matter what.

This Christmas Sunset would have been shot anyway. I have a tradition of going to the beach for Christmas.

This is "as shot". The entire beach and sky were both glowing that night.
Me as an alien due to faulty camera set up.

Learning to use the tripod...
