SIMCA is a real estate developer dedicated to strategy and construction, mainly in Merida, Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum in Mexico.
As part of the identity, we created an isotype consisting of two vanishing points that, when viewed in perspective, construct the word SIMCA, which we represent in a flat manner. The logo is simple and with clear readability. SIMCA encompasses several brands within itself, that’s why we chose a vibrant color palette that denotes strength and modernity.
