Canada's Diner transformation

For over 60 years, Denny’s has been a place where people can come in, sit down and connect with one another over great food. It’s a place that was founded on community, where you can have “the usual” or try something new. They’re always open and they're always serving your favourite dishes 24/7.

At the time, Denny's Canada's brand was fragmented across their consumer marketing channels. We deconstructed and evolved the brand while respecting their diner legacy. The language was refreshed, colour palette and textures were simplified, fonts paired down and typography modernized. The output was an easy-to-execute, modular brand toolbox to help bring this historical diner into the future.
