After 20 years, TELUS is evolving its brand promise and elevating its commitment to drive social change through the power of technology.
To better reflect this brand shift, the old tagline changed from "The future is friendly" to the more inclusive rallying cry, "Let's make the future friendly".
In addition, the TELUS master brand was refreshed visually to deliver on the new brand promise through improved authenticity and empathy. This included a two day still & video-shoot with 20 new critters, a launch spot, new typography, improved layouts, simplified messaging and 100+ new designs applied to over 4000 of TELUS's fleet vehicles.
TELUS's new platform creative was launched in early 2021 with TV and radio spots, OOH, digital and social content and PR support.
