Your Wells Fargo Rewards
Wells Fargo was undergoing a major rewards program conversion, making changes in an attempt to be more competitive with their rewards cards program vs. the competition. We wanted to shift the focus from the earn to the redemption side of the equation and see how we could position these changes as a true benefit and value to the consumer vs. operational changes which benefits Wells Fargo.
As a result, we positioned the consumer as having far more control, and creating a new rewards program that put "you" at the center. After all, these are your rewards points, not ours.
