Darrin Crescenzi is an NYC-based designer who’s work spans the gamut of design disciplines. From brand creation and identity design, product and service innovation and the design of physical and digital environments, his work is rooted in passion for highly-funcitonal, empathetic experiences which blur the line between channels.

Darrin is Director of Design & Innovation at Interbrand New York, leading a newly-formed team of thinkers in doers in the quest to make leading global brands more accessible through Design. Previously, as a member of Nike’s Global Brand Initiatives team, Darrin created launch experiences and branding for the swoosh’s pinnacle products and initiatives, incluing the Nike+ FuelBand, NikeID Studio, the Beijing and London Olympics and the LeBron James signature line.

Darrin was named to Fast Company magazine’s prestigious “100 Most Creative People in Business” list, and is a recipient of the coveted Art Director’s Club “Young Guns” award. He is a frequent lecturer and contributor to discourse on the design profession, and maintains a practice creating self-initiated work.

Born and raised in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, Darrin holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Applied Visual Art from Oregon State University and is an active member of the Art Director’s Club (ADC) and AIGA professional organizations. Read Less
