GinzProperties Logo
GinzProperties is a small real estate management company based in Sterling, Virginia. The owner’s unique selling proposition is his personality: he loves telling jokes and inviting his tenants to join him on all sorts of adventures, from grabbing drinks at the bar to going off-roading in the mountains. He asked me to design a logo that would capture his enthusiasm while still looking classy.
After learning that his favorite animal is a squirrel (how unique!), I decided to incorporate one into the logo. I drew it so that it resembled the letter “G,” and I paired it with a stylized house key in the shape of a “P”, representing the company’s initials. To reflect the owner’s fun approach to property management, I used orange as the primary logo color and contrasted it with a professional gray. He was thrilled with the logo and looks forward to printing it on all sorts of company swag as he grows his business.
