Respirio, a start-up diagnostics company, approached Lloyd Grey to work with them to create a brand to bring Ellume to the market.
Working primarily on the Ellume brand, my role was to work with the director in facilitating workshops to help the client understand their new brand. The workshops revealed Ellume’s core brand values: to be scientific, visionary, intelligent, savvy and human centric. Their mission was identified as being “to improve the accessibility, accuracy and efficiency of global health care and empower consumers to take increase control of their health and well-being”. This was then translated to a positioning statement and formed the inspiration for Ellume’s look and feel.
The positioning statement “illuminating healthcare” was developed to encapsulate the brand essence of “illuminating” new pathways for consumers to access healthcare. The Ellume brand was applied to a website, PowerPoint template and basic stationery.
