One third of all food produced is wasted and never reaches your plate. Plateful seeks to reduce food loss by disrupting the normal supply chain. We wanted to show how much work goes into getting food on our plates every day—so we had a photographer friend join Platefuls producers, farmers and customers for one week to capture the work that goes into it. The idea is that Plateful elevates our love for all aspects of food, from production to getting it on your plate.
