In 2000, I finished a European Master of Arts (M.A.) in Fashion and Textile Design at the H.K.U. and the Institute Francs de la Mode (Marketing and PR course) in Holland and France. This collection was nominated for the Netherlands Prince Bernard Cultural Prize - a national award for outstanding achievements in the arts.

 

To create this collection i was looking at different aspects of Bureaucracy and Paganism and the meaning of symbolic language in both fields, differences and resemblances. I was playing with one shape - Rectangle. All collection was made out of different sizes and ways i was treating the rectangle shape.
