I have led UX design, UI design, and strategy for two SaaS products aimed at divorce attorneys and their clients, Separate.Pro and Separate.Us. Separate.Pro is one of the first tech solutions and SaaS products for divorce lawyers and their clients. Collecting information easily and simply from the client to start the divorce process has never been easier.

I led design strategy and an ultimate website redesign of Separate.Pro, redefining content on each page and redoing the navigation to better funnel potential customers who might want to subscribe and current customers who needed technical assistance.
There was a lot of confusion as to how potential customers and current subscribers were navigating through the website to complete a desired task. I persuaded the client on a set of user journeys to better define what user groups were likely to take actions on the site, and what those actions would be.
Convincing the client of such a deliverable was easy once they saw that it was "evergreen" information that could be used throughout the product's lifecycle, as it got more popular, the user groups would most likely grow but their purposes would remain the same.
User journeys informed the site's new navigation bar as well as much of the content on the How it Works and Pricing pages. Content needed to be tightened up on those pages and be directly relevant to the purpose of the page.
I also completed a UI redesign of their beta application, which guides clients through a form to provide all the necessary information for a disclosure, and direction of their webpage and landing pages for attorneys and clients. It was all form design, within the confines of their backend system.
Finally, I designed original marketing landing pages, geared towards attorneys who would be interested in subscribing.
Wireframes were done in Axure, with annotations and adherence to bootstrap styles.
These were meant to be for initial beta launch, so Separate.Us wanted designs that would get the product out to customers as soon as possible, while making sure it still fully functions.
