此处的一切是自然舒展的
就像春天一般亲切而真诚

What recorded here was the daily life of this common temple in Tibet. If one word was about to be used to describe it, that was peace. All the things here were natural and lightened, as amiable and sincere as spring.

平和的背后
是内心深处的力量
在这里，谦和是一种修养
而不是修行
人与自然皆具佛性
只有悲悯与感恩才会带来宁静与平和吧

Beyond peace, there was strength in the inner heart. Here, everyone I encountered had clear eyes with heartfelt smile. Here, modesty was a kind of culture but not cultivation. Actually, human beings and nature both had buddha nature. Only mercy and gratitude could bring tranquility and peace. On this area of ancient earth, a temple would eventually grow older as well as flowers and grass. But the heart-belonged calmness and humble peace would spread for a very long and long time.
