PROJECT DATE: 2012 IN-HOUSE: AT&T This tool improves the unlock process for iPhone customers. Until now, customers who completed their contract oblications with AT&T and wanted to unlock their iPhones had to call or email service and support. This new self service tool makes it effortless for a customer to request an unlock and more efficient for AT&T's Customer Service Partners to serve these customers. This tool also allows for non AT&T customers to also unlock their iPhone too. Read Less
