Short story
Initially, B66 was created as a small college project that was supposed to unite everyone in one magazine. Over the course of a year, B66 (the name comes from the address of Botaniczna 66, where the College is located) grew out of a small idea and went beyond the college walls.
Today, in B66, we write about politics and issues, that concern of the young society. We also publish opinions, critics, interviews, and our independent position on a number of issues.
The concept
When creating the magazine, we were inspired by the elegance of the New Yorker and the graphic brevity of Pismo. Creating the cover, we wanted to get rid of flashy titles and any other elements. We left only the logo, date, and illustration that reflects the main theme of the issue. For what? We want people to put the cover on the wall like a poster.
We decided to remove all distracting elements, that can distracts from the content. Texts, bright colors, and flashy headlines – this all are garbage
We left only the most necessary things: photos, illustrations, and text.
For each article, we create a unique illustration or photo.
On the page with poems, we always attach small drawings that help to diversify the empty white space, as well as draw the reader's attention to the text.
Our love of small things resonated with people. Conducting surveys among readers, they named B66 one of the most beautiful magazines they have ever read.
These feedbacks are very pleasing, because when creating the magazine, we tried to choose everything as perfectly as possible, we paid attention to every detail, whether it was the font size or the interline. As you know, there are no small things.

We are currently working on creating a website for B66. This will help us reach a new level of recognition, thanks to its uniqueness, lack of engagement and lack of censorship.
