As a part of Sila Sveta project our studio has developed realtime visualizations for the concert of russian music band Therr Maitz.
      The software solution developed by Kuflex is a program that scans the artists on stage in real time with the help of depth-sensing cameras. The obtained data is used to create a 3D scene in virtual space, augmented by visual effects. The processes of scanning and tracking are controlled by the software created by Kuflex. The 3D scene is then rendered using Epic Games Unreal Engine with custom programming modules by Kuflex. For the concert, 6 Kinect 2.0 cameras were installed to scan 3 artists on stage. The data from the cameras was transmitted via local network to the server that created live 3D models of the virtual scene. Different scenes and visual effects were used for each song during the live concert. The technology may be described as shooting a fantastic movie in real time.
