West Australian Newspapers is the leading media group in Western Australia. Leadership Matters is West Australian Newspapers’ flagship business events series.
Reason for change
Leadership Matters is a high-level event series featuring guest speakers that read like a who’s who of business and political leaders. After eight successful years, West Australian Newspapers decided the time was right to breath new life into the event experience.
Change delivered
With an open brief and a client with a desire to see real change, we went about giving Leadership Matters, and West Business Events, an entirely new look across every touchpoint. The new logo, based on an open newspaper stylised to look like a flag, is an honest reflection of the client and the position of Leadership Matters as WA’s ‘flagship’ business event series.
Since the change, launched at the John Howard event, attendance numbers have continued to break records and Leadership Matters is now recognised as Perth’s #1 events brand.
