Reason for change
Alphawest’s existing positioning, Business works better in unison, had been in the market for a number of years. However, exciting new technologies were again redefining the way every business worked. At the heart of this was the notion that the future workplace was no longer a place - but a state of mind.

Change delivered
Traditionally, ICT services were marketed around technology products. However, we know customers are not looking for products. They want smarter solutions to improve business productivity, efficiency, customer experiences and security. DIA Brands created the new strategic positioning Building enterprises of the future for Alphawest. Our strategy was to position Alphawest as the ICT firm rethinking and reshaping how enterprises work tomorrow.

This strategy was executed through creative that featured vivid colours, bold messaging and distinctive iconography. The brand story was also rewritten to focus on business solutions to differentiate Alphawest’s offering. DIA Brands then redesigned and rolled-out new digital and physical marketing communications across Alphawest’s business.
