The Thank You Note Project is a video produced for an external audience that was aimed to call attention to Discover's Thank You Note Project. As part of this pilot program, Discover employees wrote thank you notes to card members for their loyalty.

The video was produced by the Corporate Communications Media Team in partnership with Marketing. Both teams helped define the strategy and the Media Team brought the video together from concept to final edit.
