Role: Senior Graphic Designer

I developed a complete series of illustrations for various interactive scenarios to be applied as the front-end graphics for e-training learning courses focused at the retail industry initiated by Sony. These courses were laid out at three levels aimed at Junior Sales persons, Mid Supervisors and Senior management personnel in electronic retail outlets such as Currys, Comet, Dixons etc and any other business that was selling Sony goods.

‘e2train’ provide affordable learning management and authoring systems that gives specific e-learning content aimed at meeting the required skills set by the retail and contact centre sectors. The training is designed to cover all aspects such as health and safety, ECDL, key skills, security, customer service and even alcohol sales.

To ensure learning meets national requirements, course ware is mapped to LCCI, NVQ as well as the Certificate in Retail Skills.

These courses are managed and organized by e2train  under the supervision of Sony and test results will also be shared with Sony on the performance of staff at each retail stores. The best stores with the highest performances will then receive the latest electronic goods from Sony and with careful deliberation on the performance results Sony will be able to decide which products better suited for particular stores and so on.
