Brand development for Frankfurt am Main
Logo development for the city of Frankfurt am Main. Frankfurt has its own skyline, its own river, its own public holiday, its airport, Its own wine, its own museum. But only one thing Frankfurt is missing: a meaningful logo/sign/signet, besides from the official city eagle or the one of the soccer team “Eintracht”. The Journal Frankfurt, Atelier Markgraph and Surface started the initiative to change it and invited selected designers to develop a new sympathy brand for Frankfurt am Main. The submitted designs were shown in a special exhibition at the Museum of Applied Arts and on the website of Journal Frankfurt. The logo developed by Damir Tomas was tested in various media. Therefore, some of the product samples have been produced. The response was so positive that we are considering to offer the articles for interested parties. Please contact us by interest.
