Failure isn't something we generally like to dwell upon too much but for Michael Andor Brodeur a healthy serving of 'this is why we can't have nice things' was in order for the July 2016 issue of The Boston Globe. 

Getting in on the action was Andrew Joyner, who illustrated a series of spots for Michael's article '400 Years of Failure'. Scattered throughout the text, Andrew's spots perfectly complement the comical, slightly sarcastic nature of Michael's writing.
