LAND ROVER DC100 CONCEPT

Project Overview
At the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, Land Rover unveiled their DC100 concept car – an early indication of the intended replacement for the Land Rover Defender.
At FP Creative we were tasked with building a microsite to accompany the event. The primary aim of the site was to disseminate assets – images, videos and press releases – to the media. In addition, as this was a concept vehicle we were also asked to produce an entertaining way of interacting with the two vehicles, the DC100 and DC100 Sport.

To answer that part of the brief we developed an interactive driving game for the microsite. We produced 3D models of both vehicles and allowed these to be driven around futuristic landscapes that featured interactive cubes containing key facts about the new cars.

My role as Digital Director at FP was to oversee the production of the microsite, 3D modelling and game development.
