SUMMARY
Event logos and collateral for 2015 Mastery Men's Conference.
PROBLEM
The promoters of the Mastery Men's Conference needed creative direction and collateral for a masculine but restrained aesthetic for their premier conference.
SOLUTION
Drawing inspiration from the design styles of vintage ephemera, I used tree growth rings as a metaphor for maturity and overcoming the challenges of life, as well their resemblance to fingerprints to drive home the point that Mastery is a lifelong pursuit. Two variations of the event logo were implemented to achieve maximum flexibility.

SOLUTION
Drawing inspiration from the design styles of vintage ephemera, I used tree growth rings as a metaphor for maturity and overcoming the challenges of life, as well their resemblance to fingerprints to drive home the point that Mastery is a lifelong pursuit. Two variations of the event logo were implemented to achieve maximum flexibility.
I also created a series of posters touching on the major themes using illustrated quotes and Scripture verses. The sports poster and Character is Power chart (borrowed from a 20s era manual of manliness from the public domain) were part of the swag bag and the remaining five were implemented as decor.

PRINTING
Invitations were 4/4 printed on 14pt cardstock with Spot UV coating.
