The LG Spectrum Challenge was a touring training progam deployed at Verizon call centers nationwide. The goal was to educate Verizon associates on the performance attributes of the all new Spectrum smartphone through a integrated series of low-fidelity activations. The program had to handle sizable throughput at each location with a minimal time commitment from the employee. A passport system ensured participation at all stations, with multiple rewards & giveaways as incentives. The program was extremely successful and led to additional touring programs with this client.
