Tony Kemp's profile

Waterford Institute

Using the master logo symbol of the "atom," the WACS project management team at Waterford Institute needed a way to brand the software product with a "powered by" logo to indicate that this product was made with proprietary software technology. I was given the task of creating and designing this logo. I created many iterations of the design which we narrowed down to a few, and then the final logo was chosen and I refined it to its final form. This logo has now become its own branding element.

Subsequently, after designing many software graphic elements and look and feel for the WACS software itself, I was given the assignment to create the DVD jacket for the software installation disc. Using the WACS branded elements and software screen shots, I designed and created the final DVD jacket which was then mass produced to be sent out to schools nationwide. Design by Tony Kemp, creative direction by Tony Kemp and Brent Schumann.
