Brief is to create a publication on the theme of monuments, museums or trails. Monuments –
To focus on monuments that are surrounded by cityscape commercialised buildings in Singapore and yet they stand tall among them with its uniqueness.
Narrative & Sequence:
Chapter 1 – Art Within Self
Chapter 2 – How it is out of place (Co-relation with commercialised buildings)
Chapter 3 – Identity of Monuments
I visually styled the sequence in the format where readers will not be able to tell which monument it is and focus on other things such as the art and the essence within the monuments (design and architecture aspects). Lastly, I revealed the monuments in the last chapter.
