Scope
The goal of the projectwas to create a humorous animated short containing outtakes from atypical 50's television commercial. Achieving that required extensiveresearch and analysis of television commercials and vintage stylefrom the 50's. Larry Brown was designed to be the host, a realstereotype with a twist. He is extremely devoted to delivering anoutstanding performance but he is also quite neurotic about hisappearance which causes some troubles. The outtakes were mostlydialogue driven so in order to deliver a convincing performance a lotof attention was put on facial animations. To simulate the look andsound of the 50's, noise and distortion was added to the visuals andaudio.
