When TGLN approached us, their primary objective was to improve donor registration conversion rates on the site. Having such a single minded focus made creating the experience easy.

We did a number of things to make this happen. When you first visit the site, a single message is presented, with a bright CTA to ‘Register Now’. After three seconds the navigation and content appears.

Simple things can make a huge difference. On the original site they had links for ‘Register Now’ and ‘Check Now’. Both linked to the same location, so we made it one link. One less thing for a user to think about.
