Project description:
The 1920s colonial house has undergone several alterations by previous tenants using inappropriate materials. The clients who purchased the house intended to restore the house to its original condition and use it as an office space.
- Independently organised weekly site meetings with the clients & consultants
- Prepared the building plans to be submitted to the local authority
- Prepared the tender & construction drawings
- Independently went on site visits to monitor the progress of works
RIBA work stages: D (Design development) > K (Construction to Practical Completion)
