A few weeks ago, I was about to turn 30 years old. I realized that I still don’t know anyone I would like to spend this very day with. I understood that there is only one possibility to get along with it, and this loneliness. I needed to be on travel, and do what I like most and hopefully can do best: Photography. I needed to be at the sea, because the sea always put one at ease. This little series shows the self-portraits captured the month of my thirtieth birthday.
