Pour over coffee has to be done properly, but it's difficult to perfect, particularly when the coffee shop gets busy. Drip transforms the ritual of making great coffee into a piece of robotic theatre, leaving your human hands free for other tasks.
Something ordinary is made magical and puts a smile on your face. Sensors in the dispenser locate your jug and filter, mapping out the trajectory of the water to match the beans and recipe, letting you enjoy a cup of pour over with minimal effort.
Just because it's under the table, doesn't mean it can't be pretty. Nobody sees it but Drip has an under-the-counter system that delivers water at precisely the right temperature and flow-rate and can be app controlled for adjustments.
