Branding for the General Manager programme
To encourage colleagues to develop their careers onto the pathway to a General Manager role within Mars, a comms platform needed to be developed.
The logo is based around the three facets of the GM role (people, customer, and performance) with Tomorrow's GM at their heart.
Take Your Dog To Work Identity
At Mars Petcare, colleagues are encouraged to bring their pets to work, which has proven to decrease stress levels and raise employees' work satisfaction. The identity was developed to advertise internally, using pet owners' testimonials to hero the campaign.
Initial logo options:
Mars needed an identity and look and feel for their associates in the Baltic, Balkans (West and East) and Bulgaria: the BBA. With a hashtag requested as part of the brand mark.
