I can help teams create systems of communication, productivity and sales from campaigns to software or anywhere in between by leveraging skills including UX, UI, IA, Creative Direction, Copywriting, Research and Strategy (content, marketing, business and creative).

My most recent project KNXN is a robust vanity app for pop stars which originally started out as a DJing and music sharing platform. Project was lead by an engineer / designer friend and includes a small support team. My contributions to the app included mobile UX design, UI design, Information Architecture, Copywriting, Design/Art Direction, Logo Design, Icon Design,
Photo Editing and Retouching, Research as well as Strategy and Marketing ideas. The various demos and final product include fan base management, social media feeds, analytics, music / DJ set listening, merchandise and ticket sales plus more.

The first 2 versions are currently in the App Store for artists named Jordin Sparks and Matisyahu

Bio:

Marsha is a detail-oriented system thinker with a diverse background in both advertising and technology design. This enables her to work well as a liaison between implementation teams. Her past work includes user experience design, user interaction design and information architecture for global clients on various devices and channels: responsive web, mobile devices and point of sale. Her creative contributions include significant touch points in the customer life cycle: social media, shopping carts, in-store experience, customer rewards, games, virtual currencies, coupons, and more. Sound marketing, strategy, user centered design, research and business development solutions are at the core of her work.
Areas of experience include technology companies, e-commerce, financial services and mobile start-ups.
