True&Co. is a new kind of intimate apparel brand, the first company to give women a say in the creation of better
products for her.

True&Co is a good example of how I work really high level, bringing in marketing concepts in to the
user experience. The project was to integrate a new e-commerce feature (addition of more products) to their single focus of bras. There was also a Valentines Day product push which was bringing attention to the new items. I mostly worked with an engineer and the CEO on this work, but brought in other team members also. Research came in to play, seeing what other companies were doing in the fashion e-commerce space. These assets were handed off to a design team in New York.
Project Description:
Redesigning the shop webpage to now include more categories than just bras!
Deliverable Description:
All items will now be shown in one shop for the customer to order as part of their home try on. As
a result, the SHOP page needs to change to reflect this.
Changes include:
1) expanding home try on box to include another row
2) 5 product categories plus one theme category (currently Valentine’s Day)
3) filters for each product category to help the user narrow their search
Other categories in order:
- Bras – includes bralettes, bras, eventually sports bras, etc and fashion solutions
- Panties
- Special Occasion – includes accessories, corsets, one pieces
- Sleepwear
- Hosiery
- Valentine’s Day – special filter that will just show the Valentine’s Day stuff – this should
be a diff color or something. As an example, see
http://www.anthropologie.com/anthro/index.jsp where gifts are highlighted differently.
We’ve mapped out the elements and categories that make sense for our business and would like
visual design options to help communicate:
1) Home try on experience – 5 bra try on
2) Home try on add-ons – add up to 5 more items – panties, sleepwear, special occasion
3) Oppty to retake your quiz and change your results

options if you’re going to present multiple options. Also please render all 4 states of the page:
1) 1-entry-box-open –- shows what the user sees when they first enter the shop page
2) 2-shopping-box-with-items – shows the home try on box expanding whenever the user
adds another item to their box
3) 3-box-collapsed – shows page view when the user is simply browsing – the home try on
box collapses to save space. This version shows the headline still present
4) 4-box-collapsed-scrolled up – Same as #3 but this version shows headline and logo gone.
We’d also like to see a version where the logo is still there but the headline is gone.
