LG for icrossing
iCrossing is a global digital marketing agency.

UX design, UI design, Information Architecture, Copywriting, Research, Strategy

The task was to make browsing easier for all users by separating out business from consumer products. My product focus for this was to clarify and allow easy browsing of the business products and allow business user the ability to find resources, pdf files for product use, installation, technical docs. Also make the home page more friendly and easy to browse. Sharing stories on the home page to support the brand message. Allowing consumers to see on home page the caliber of product they might get is something a business user might be interested in as well. Also a brand new type of shopping cart that allows the user multiple ways to buy, refurbished product, new product, from multiple stores online or in real life, what the prices are and the ability to buy a product online and pick up at store. Please see notes on cart for more info. Global research on shopping carts and e-commerce for electronics products played a key role in the process.
