Family-First and You-First segment campaigns
Branding and development of 2 email campaigns for two distinct audience "needs" segment. The "Family-First" campaign is branded and developed to create an emotional connection with business travelers that would rather be home with their families.
The "You-First" campaign is directed towards the segment of hotel guests that care most about being recognized for their loyalty and the value they bring to the hotel business.
