After 23  years in business, the only monthly print magazine dedicated to the coverage of fine timepieces was in need of a visual overhaul. Which is why [ 2 one 5 ] Creative was brought in: To update iW Magazine’s look and feel, create more shelf appeal, reach a more casual demographic without losing the essence of what made it so successful in the first place, and increase readership among all watch-enthusiasts, not just high-end horological obsessives. Less than a year later, our work has not only brought iW to a position among the top of the watch-publication industry, but it has succeeded in growing the magazine’s readership among all the key demographics the company desired. We leveraged our expertise in typography, design and layout, and art direction. The result of this overhaul is a newly energized magazine that has grown in industry influence, expanded its readership, and received high-praise from high ranking brand CEOs.
