Watch and jewelry repair, by its very nature, relies on the kind of niche knowledge that most consumers aren’t thoroughly educated in. But with [ 2 one 5 ] Creative’s conception and branding of “The Bench,” watch and jewelry repair not only became attractive, but also an integral part of the Govberg Jewelers business image and revenue stream, as no other luxury jewelry retailer focuses heavily on service and repairs. The ad campaign created around “The Bench” brand also helped to amp up this facet of the company’s business: Beautiful macro photography of watch repair, jewelry repair, custom jewelry design service, and gold and estate buying expertise were juxtaposed with often tongue-in-cheek headlines in the print ads we crafted to create exactly the sort of reaction that stops magazine readers mid-page-flip. Additionally, an 8-page booklet, which sales associates gave to customers in the store itself, reinforced the uniqueness and appeal of “The Bench.” To round out the campaign, [ 2 one 5 ] Creative shot, edited, and added After Effects to a series of four videos detailing the services offered at “The Bench” at Govberg Jewelers. All this led to a new, constant stream of revenue, set the Govberg brand well apart from its competitors, and shifted how customers perceive watch and jewelry repair work altogether.
