Break into your brain

Learn how to learn

We all have been given lots of information during our school education but after several years we can barely remember all the facts we used to know. Maybe the cramming method did not work out properly. And we will still have lots of knowledge to acquire through the rest of our lives.

Radek Kotarski’s Włam się do mózgu (Break into your brain) is a transformative publication that let us understand how does our brain work when it comes to making memories. But it’s mainly a practical guide to improving the process of memorizing content knowledge and minimizing learning loss. Radek compared this activity to breaking into one’s brain and hacking it to be more effective. The author highlights the importance of using proper techniques to boost our memorizing process and makes a strong case for how those lockpicks can be used in everyday life as students and adults.

Prior to writing this book Radek has made a huge research over hundreds of science articles and books and consulted world-renown experts in the field of effective memorizing to use the methods for half a year and verify if the scientists are right by learning Swedish from scratch. Drawing from his own experiences, Radek walks us through the most effective memory training techniques to help us actually remember what we’ve learned. By the way: after six-month learning Radek passed the Swedex exam on intermediate level.

Four years since the premiere the author have sold over 181,000 books in Poland.
To break into your mind you have open it up first, just like a safe. To do so you need to dial your own sequence of numbers. Table of contents is a place to choose the appropriate methods.
Many of us have made marginal annotations and side drawings in our books and handbooks to make some informations easier toremember or to  find later on.
The page footer is designed to resemble an equation - something we all have learned at school.
