For Grand'Italia I brought the famous Italian 'Aperitivo' to the Netherlands. I was inspired by the Aperitivo in bars in Milan, the city my sister lived and which I visited a lot. We started with food events in various popular Dutch bars in Amsterdam and other cities. Later, Grand'Italia launched a new product range, called Grand'Aperitivo. The Grand'Aperitivo products consist of toast and anti pasti to create your own favorite Aperitivo's at home.
