Le projet Achille propose une réflexion sur la poignée comme outil. Le mouvement de déverrouillage de la serrure accompagne le geste d’ouverture de la baie faisant de l’objet poignée un élément interface entre la main et le coulissant. L'état verrouillé ou déverrouillé de la baie devient ainsi lisible par le changement de position de la poignée. Son principe modulable ansi que la solution d’assemblage des 5 pièces la composant, permet de proposer une multitude de déclinaisons de formes, de tailles et de matériaux.

The Achille project is a reflection on the handle as tool. The movement of unlocking the lock comes with the gesture of opening of the bay, thus making the handle be an interface between the hand and coulissant. The state locked or unlocked of the bay becomes visible by the position change of handle. Its modular principle and its assembling solution of the 5 constituent parts, provide a multitude of variations of shapes, sizes and materials.
