Telenor Switchboard — “Mitt MBN”
Telenor is Norway’s biggest telecom company, and “Mitt MBN” is their switchboard application, used by more than 600 000 clients in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The user interface hadn’t been updated for quite some years, and the project team aimed at creating a more coherent, modern and user friendly solution through updated navigation, graphical elements and custom-made illustrations, running user interviews and user tests throughout the process.
