To create a human-centered design, we were faced with a purposeful design challenge, focusing on a specific opportunity idea or problem. We applied different methods into the research and have designed a UX manual using digital prototypes.
People of determination are highly motivated and innovated people. However, there is a high unemployment rate among the people of determination in UAE and worldwide.
The problem has been analyzed in-depth through primary and secondary research. Based on the research, the main challenge of the problem is due to the loss of trust and connection between the employers and the people of determination.
A human-centered solution, Sella, has been designed based on touchpoints, and stakeholders to solve the problem in the UAE.
With the initiative, Sella, we aim to link and connect the employers and the potential employees through a service and events program to hire people of determination based on their skills and capabilities. This way, we can create a diverse community of trust and raise awareness about the need and opportunities in hiring people of determination.
In conclusion, people of determination can get motivated and find an appropriate job within their own capabilities and skills at the Sella event, workshops, and conferences. Employers can meet potential employees at the Sella events to get to know the people of determination better as individuals. An App has been designed to have employers and employees easily access the event and keep updated about the events and status.
