Glyde St

More often than not, a building imposes itself on the landscape, large and boxy, assaulting us from every angle. That’s not Glyde St. The luxury apartments in Mosman Park are new but almost feel as if they have always been there. Surrounded by the river, the sea and the high street, Glyde St delivers the epitome of modern living – elegant and simple. A life that’s good, not gilt-edged. It is a place for locals. From the empty-nesters looking to downsize, to the young professionals ready to step up.

To attract a local audience and build trust in new development, the Glyde St brand needed to embrace its Mosman pride and become a vehicle for local perspectives. The logo is a subtle interpretation of the building’s architecture – round corners and strong vertical lines. Its colours are drawn from the photography of local Ryan Murphy, whose candid, fine-art style captures life in Mosman in a disarming way, connecting nature, cafés, bars, businesses and business owners. The brand is relaxed, honest and refined, emphasising the life you’ll live, in the place you already know and love.
