Three Posters for a Gin Brand
These posters were designed for a concept brand called Ethereal Gin.
The posters are designed to tease and introduce the brand to the general public before a full launch, making them aware of the brand and directing them to social media channels.
Gin was the most popular spirit in the United States in the 1950s and 60s and for a very long time couldn't overtake vodka in popularity. In the last two years, gin has seen a resurgence in popularity and modern interpretations of the spirit have reached liquor store shelves.
The poster's composition is inspired by midcentury European design. I turned to this reference point because I wanted the brand to feel retro, a slight nod to gin's first big moment in the US, but also feel very current and fresh
