The New Zealand species under threat in which I have investigated is the Takahe bird.
I have collected and researched information on the Takahe throughly; therefore I have sourced the relevant information needed to document the problem, cause and strategy of survival for the Takahe bird.
I have displayed information collected in a booklet format, with a wrap around cover which folds out to reveal a timeline of conservation milestones.
Two typefaces have been used these are Univers and Garamond. Univers has been used for headings as it is clear and easy to read. Garamond has been used for all secondary text, making the informative information clear and easy to read.
The colours used throughout the book for text, graphs and images are; purple, orange, green and white these are all colours taken from the Takahe bird and have all been used in in ways to make the information displayed clear and easy to understand, in graphs the colours have been used to separate and divide information in a clear concise way.
