Gramercy is a charismatic Cajun restaurant brand celebrating the joie-de-vivre, generosity and authentic charm of Cajun culture. The colours are inspired by the rich nightlife in New Orleans and the hand drawn animal patterns and icons capture the eccentric and sometimes bizarre imagery found in Cajun culture.
The name Gramercy comes from "grand" and "merci" meaning many or big thanks in Old French.
