When I joined the UX team at adidas for my internship, they had just developed an internal design system called Yarn which they use to develop internal apps.
One of my tasks was to create a design for the guidelines, compiling all existing components and structuring the document. Along the way I also expanded the content to make sure as many elements as possible are standardised across all apps, and making adjustments where there were room for improvements.
As a whole, the materials on this guidelines is the result of the collective effort of the internal UX Design team.
