The Groove Tube was a unique and wonderful place. It had everything that was rad on Florida's Space Coast covered. Surf, skate, fashion, and music done the right way. This shop was the underground epicenter that was famous for the best brands, people and bands... Yes, they hosted live bands in the parking lot.

Growing up here and spending WAY too much time in the shop somehow enabled me to design a few things for the local legend. Posters, mailers, stickers, t-shirts, etc. Back in 2004 I was even given the opportunity to design some shop boards. These were special to me, I finally designed a board.

Coming out of the baggy pants and small wheels era of skateboarding, the street style aesthetic was still holding on. That style mixed with the clean minimalistic digital trends brought these board graphics to life.
